I Don't Know What I'm Doing
Sunday, January 6, 2008
We had a great Christmas. The kids had a fun time. The are at a really fun age for Christmas. Kylee wanted a Nintendo DS, Kambree -an American Girl Doll, and Kendrick, any kind of transformer. He wasn't real picky as long as it could change into a robot with guns or something. By the time we went to grandma's house, Karder had become an expert at opening presents. He could care less about what was inside as long as he could rip the wrapping paper off. We all had a lot of fun.
It was nice to have Nic, Debra & Tate out for Christmas. Karder liked having a friend.
Kendrick got a little excited to open presents. He gets that from his mom!
The kids have nick-named our video camera "The Karder Cam". We were going through the videos on our camera and Kylee and Bree noticed that about every other clip was on Karder. Now, I need to let you all know that Angie has done most of the filming on this camcorder thus far. I'm not saying... I'm just saying...ya know. So here is Karder and his candy canes on "The Karder Cam".

Being Thankful...
As Ryan and I were going through pictures of the kids putting together this slide show I couldn't help put think back on each one of their lives and being so grateful for each one of them. I can't believe how fast time goes and that we are where we are at in life now. I remember those early days of marriage and being pregnant with Kylee and wondering what it could possibly be like to be a mother. How could I have ever known then what a blessing each one of them would be to me. I am so thankful to my Heavenly Father for entrusting them to me, I am thankful that I am able to stay at home experience all the good and bad things that happen here on a daily basis.
I am thankful for my husband and the good man he is. He truly has a desire to do right and good things in his life. He treats me wonderfully and is a great father to our children. He really has a heart of gold and would give the shirt off his back for anyone. I love him dearly.
And last I am so thankful for being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Later-Day-Saints and having that knowledge in my life. I can't imagine trying to raise a family alone without that direction or guidance. I always know my Heavenly Father is there helping me to be the best Angie, mother and wife. I know I could never do it alone and for those reasons I am so grateful.
Happy Thanksgiving all.
Angie
